VO2 Max & RMR Testing in Singapore
Two measured baselines at Hisential Orchard: how well your body delivers and uses oxygen under load, and how many calories you burn at rest. Both are measured by gas analysis rather than estimated by a watch or a formula. Each test has its own page below, and they can be booked together in a single morning.

RMR: Every three to six months while changing body composition
Booking both in one visit
RMR is measured first thing while you are fasted. You then eat, rest, and complete the VO2 max test afterwards. Plan for roughly 90 minutes at the clinic. Read together, the two figures show how your body produces and uses energy at rest and under load, alongside your body composition and grip strength. Both tests sit within The Helios and The Orion longevity tiers and the Performance Max Bundle. Pricing is provided by your personal concierge before you book, with the full cost confirmed up front.
