Mapping Your Wrinkles to the Right Treatment
The first job at our Orchard clinic is to map your lines. We photograph each area at rest and during expression and identify which lines are dynamic (movement-driven), which are static (visible at rest) and which are fine-line or skin-quality concerns. That picture, not a default product, decides the order of treatment.
Dynamic wrinkles - forehead, glabella, crow's feet - are best treated with botulinum toxin. Static lines and volume loss respond to dermal fillers. Fine lines and crepey skin respond to skin boosters, retinoids and peels. Most male faces benefit from a layered plan rather than a single product.
