Rejuran Polynucleotide Treatment for Men

Rejuran is a polynucleotide injectable. Polynucleotides are chains of nucleotides, and the ones used here are PDRN derived from purified salmon DNA. They are placed superficially in the dermis rather than deep for structure, because the target is the condition of the skin itself.

Rejuran is not a filler and not a botulinum toxin. It does not add volume, and it does not relax muscle. If your concern is a hollow cheek or a movement line, a different treatment is the right answer and your doctor will say so at assessment.

Rejuran (classic)

The standard polynucleotide formulation, placed in a fine grid across the treatment area for skin quality.

A formulation combining polynucleotides with hyaluronic acid, chosen where hydration is part of the goal.

Rejuran under-eye

The under-eye indication, placed more superficially and in smaller amounts because the skin there is thin and unforgiving.

Assessment first: your doctor examines the skin, agrees the areas with you and confirms that a polynucleotide treatment is the right choice rather than a filler, a toxin or a device.

Topical numbing cream is applied and left to work. The area is then cleaned.

The product is placed as a series of very small injections in a grid across the agreed area, using a fine needle or a cannula where that is more appropriate.

The area is cleaned again and cooled. Your doctor goes through aftercare with you and books your review.

Nothing is visible on the day except the injection points themselves. The change is in the condition of the skin and it builds gradually.

Most of the change follows the course rather than any single session, typically over the weeks after the second and third sessions. Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

Small raised bumps at each injection point for roughly four to twenty-four hours, and pinpoint bruising in some people. Mild redness the same evening is normal.

Leave make-up off for twelve hours. Avoid sauna, hot yoga and heavy exercise for twenty-four hours. Use sun protection. Contact the clinic if you develop severe pain, blanching of the skin or any change in vision.
