Dermal Fillers for Men in Orchard

Hyaluronic acid fillers placed at the right depth to rebuild structure where men lose it: cheek, temple, jaw, chin and under-eye. Planned to reinforce masculine features, never feminise them.

Quick answer

HA fillers add or restore volume in cheeks, temples, jaw, chin and under-eye, and soften deep static lines. Placement is structural - we reinforce jaw, brow and chin support rather than rounding features. Results settle by 2 weeks and last 9-18 months.

Structural planning, not decoration

For men we plan structurally. Filler reinforces the jaw line, supports the cheekbone, projects the chin and restores the temple. We do not over-project lips or cheek apex, and we avoid the rounded, curved placements that read as feminising.

Every plan starts with a written treatment map: what area, what product, what depth, what volume - before any needle is opened.

Jawline and chin reinforcement

A defined jawline and projected chin are two of the strongest visual cues for masculine structure. Small, well-placed HA along the mandibular border and pre-jowl sulcus restores the support lost with age and softens early jowling without changing your underlying face shape.

Cheek, temple and under-eye

Mid-face volume loss is what drives the "tired look" most men complain about. Restoring a small amount of support at the cheekbone and temple lifts the midface and softens the nasolabial fold without injecting the line itself. The under-eye / tear trough is the most technique-sensitive area on the face and is treated conservatively - only when the anatomy is suitable.

What to expect after

Expect mild swelling for 24-72 hours and an occasional small pinprick bruise that lasts 3-7 days (easily concealable). The shape on day 1 is not your final shape - it settles over about 2 weeks. Avoid heavy exercise, sauna and alcohol for 24-48 hours; sleep slightly elevated the first night; skip dental work for 2 weeks. Your concierge plans the date around your calendar.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers, written by our clinical team. Tap any question for its direct permalink, or reach out to your Personal Concierge for anything else.

  1. How long do dermal fillers last?

Most HA fillers last 9-18 months depending on the product, the area and your metabolism. High-movement areas turn over faster than structural placements.

  2. Will I look feminine or 'done'?

Not when planned for the male face. Filler is placed to reinforce masculine structure - jaw, chin, cheek support - not rounded curves.

  3. Is there downtime?

Mild swelling for 24-72 hours and possible small bruise for 3-7 days. You can return to work the same day but avoid a high-stakes event for 3-4 days after.

  4. What product do you use?

Hyaluronic acid fillers, sourced through official distribution channels. The batch number of every product used, and its placement, are recorded for every session.

  5. Who does the injection?

Every injection at Hisential is performed by an SMC-registered doctor.

  6. What are the risks and side effects of dermal fillers?

Common and temporary: swelling, bruising, tenderness and small lumps that settle over one to two weeks. Less common: prolonged swelling, visible product, asymmetry, and delayed inflammatory nodules weeks to months later. Rare but serious: vascular occlusion, where filler enters or compresses a blood vessel. This can cause skin loss and, when it involves vessels around the eye, visual loss. It is a medical emergency. Warning signs are severe or increasing pain, blanching or dusky discolouration of the skin, and any change in vision. Contact the clinic immediately. We keep hyaluronidase on site to dissolve hyaluronic acid filler, and treat under-eye and nasal areas with cannula technique and conservative volumes for this reason.

  7. Who is not suitable for dermal fillers?

Not suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an active skin infection at the site, or have had a previous reaction to hyaluronic acid filler. Tell your doctor about recent dental work, blood thinners and any planned vaccination.
