Corporate Health Screening and Wellness Programmes in Singapore

Hisential Orchard Clinic partners with companies to build health programmes around their teams. A concierge coordinates the programme end to end, from the booking windows to the reminders and the reporting, so HR does not manage the logistics.

Programmes are quoted per proposal, shaped around the size of the team and what you want the programme to cover. Verified by Dr. Julian Ng, MBBS (University of Sydney), MSc Microbiology (NUS), Cert. Men's Health (SMHS) · Last reviewed 13 August 2026 · Next review 13 February 2027

What we offer companies

Three programmes, which can run separately or together.

Employee screening packages

Screening programmes are built for the team rather than sold as a single fixed package. Tiers are chosen per company, so a broader baseline can apply across the workforce while a fuller panel applies to a defined group.

Imaging can be added where a programme calls for it, and group booking windows are held at the Orchard clinic so employees attend in blocks rather than arranging appointments one at a time.

Every participant receives an individual doctor review of their own results, whatever tier they sit in.

Where a programme includes imaging, it draws on the same ultrasound imaging arranged for individual patients, and on the tiers described under comprehensive health screening.

Health talks

Doctor-led talks and workplace education sessions on preventive health, delivered at your office or at the clinic.

Topics are shaped with you for the team in question rather than drawn from a fixed catalogue, and a talk can run on its own or ahead of a screening window so employees know what the programme covers before they attend.

Corporate profiling

A summary of key health statistics across the employees who participated, provided to the company subject to each participant's consent. Participants who do not consent are not included in it.

What HR receives is aggregate information about the group. Individual results are never shared with the employer, except where required by regulations or law, as set out in reporting and confidentiality below.

Reporting and confidentiality for HR

HR receives consolidated anonymised participation reporting: who attended, what was completed and where the programme stands.

Individual results are never shared with the employer, except where required by regulations or law. They go to the employee and their doctor. Where corporate profiling is part of the programme, what reaches the company is aggregate information about the group, covering only the participants who consented.

Each employee has one concierge contact for questions about their own appointment and their own results, so HR is not asked to relay clinical queries.

How a corporate programme starts

01

Proposal call and programme design

We talk through the size and shape of your team, what you want the programme to cover, and how it should run. You receive a written proposal with the tiers, the talks and the reporting set out.

02

Concierge-managed scheduling and delivery

Once the proposal is agreed, a concierge takes over the logistics: booking windows, participant communication, reminders and the day itself. HR does not manage the scheduling.

03

Aggregate reporting and follow-up planning

After the programme, HR receives consolidated anonymised reporting, and where participants have consented, the aggregate health summary. We then discuss with you what a sensible follow-up looks like for the next cycle.

FAQ

Corporate programmes - questions

Clear answers, written by our clinical team. Tap any question for its direct permalink, or reach out to your Personal Concierge for anything else.

  1. Can different employees receive different screening tiers?

Yes. A programme can mix tiers, so that a broader baseline applies across the team while a fuller panel applies to a smaller group. The tiers are chosen with you when the programme is designed, and each participant still receives an individual doctor review of their own results.

  2. How does HR receive reporting?

HR receives consolidated anonymised participation reporting: who attended, what was completed, and, where participants have consented, a summary of key health statistics across the group. Individual results are never shared with the employer, except where required by regulations or law. They go to the employee and their doctor.

  3. Can health talks be combined with a screening programme?

Yes. A doctor-led talk is often scheduled ahead of a screening window so employees know what the programme covers before they attend, and talks can equally run on their own. Topics are shaped with you for the team in question.

  4. Do you provide pre-employment medical examinations?

Yes. Pre-employment medical examinations can be arranged for companies alongside, or independently of, a wider screening programme. The examination content is agreed with you at the proposal stage so it matches the role and any statutory requirement you are working to.

  5. How quickly can a programme start?

Typically within about two weeks of the proposal being agreed, once the screening window and the participant list are settled. That is a typical timeframe rather than a guarantee, and your concierge confirms dates as the programme is scheduled.
